SMC VBA Series Booster Regulators
The VBA Series Booster Regulators take line pressure and increase it by up to four times to meet a limited need for air pressure above the existing plant pressure. Intended to supply a single actuator or process which requires higher pressure, the VBA Series can allow the use of smaller actuators for space savings or increase the force from existing actuators with no requirement for electricity. By addressing higher pressure needs at the machine level, the VBA Series can enable real energy savings by reducing the need to generate higher plant pressure just to meet a few isolated process needs.

VBA-X3239, High Efficiency Booster
VBA-X3239 Air Operated Booster can increase factory air pressure by four times. Air only operation requires no power supply, and allows for easy installation.
- Pressure Increase ratio: VBA10A: 2x, VBA11A: 4x
- Set Pressure: VBA10A: 58 to 203 psi, VBA11A: 116 to 290 psi
- Long service life: 50 million cycles or more
- Built in silencer
- Compatible with current VBA booster mounting
- Can be mounted horizontally and vertically
VBAE Series, Low Air Consumption Booster Regulator
- Reduces exhaust noise by 15dB compared to existing VBA
- Built in silencer
- Long service life: 50 million cycles or more
- Removed pressure knob due to fixed pressure increase ratio
- Mountable vertically & horizontally
- Can be equipped with an auto switch for cycle count
