Limited Return Policy

Shingle & Gibb offers a limited* 30-day return policy on most parts. There may be a restocking fee on all returned or refused goods. Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused, and restockable as brand new goods. All items must be original packaging and shipped inside another box - please do NOT put a shipping label on the item package itself - with sufficient packing material. An RMA number is required for all returns, or else the package will be refused automatically by our receiving department. To get an RMA number, please submit a return request here.

After 30 days there are no returns on any items. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The standard restocking fee is 30%, though may vary by manufacturer and part. Certain products are considered "custom parts" and are completely non-returnable and non-cancelable after the factory order is placed.

If you observe that the box in which your items arrived in appears damaged by the shipping provider, you must contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange an on-site evaluation by the carrier. Please preserve the shipping box in the condition received.
